Can I bring in my own food and drink? Yes, you may bring in your own food and NON ALCOHOLIC drinks. All alcohol must be purchased thru Barrel House. Bar options included but not limited to: drink tickets, open bar, cash bar, kegs, cases (“to go”), bartender provided, self-serve, etc. These options can be discussed and agreed upon by setting up an in person meeting with Barrel House, or call/text Nicole (402)910-3580 at least one month before your event.

Do you provide tables/chairs/linens? We have 20 round tables, 200 folding chairs, and six long tables available for your use. You can arrange as needed to suit your event needs, but the room must be reset as it was upon arrival. We do not provide linens or other décor.

Can I decorate? Yes! We love seeing the creative set ups at each event! Please DO NOT use any tape on walls as it will remove the paint. Glitter, confetti balloons, confetti, and other table scatter are discouraged. Remember: you are in charge of cleaning up. If you have any pictures to share from your event, we would love to see them and share to our socials! Text Nicole (402) 910-3580 if you are willing to share your event photos.

How many does the room hold? Max capacity is 200. You are welcome to bring in additional seating/tables/etc if needed.

Where do people park? Parking is allowed along the north fence, in front of the police station, and to the east of the building on the asphalt lot.

Do you have a kitchen? We do have a kitchen area available to rent for an additional $50. This must be agreed upon at booking. If you did not pay $50 to rent it, it is not part of your useable space. If you decide day of event you do need it, please notify staff and your remaining rent due will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the additional charge. Provided in the kitchenette is a sink, a standard size fridge, and a large table. This space is great for a prep space or a catch all for coats and other items you don’t want left unattended during the event. If additional refrigeration in needed, Barrel House has a walk in cooler, but arrangements would need made prior to the event.
You must leave the space as you found it, unless directed otherwise.
Remove all personal property, decorations, food, etc.
Bag and tie all trash and put in the dumpster in the alley. Garage door opener located behind the black curtain in the southeast corner of the room.
Sweep and mop any major spills and debris.
Turn off all bathroom lights/kitchenette (if rented)/storage room/main lights
If kitchenette was rented, wipe sink, counters, and floor.
Cleaning supplies, mops, brooms, and trash bags are in storage room, along with extra tables and chairs.
